We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases if you experience a genuine technical issue that our support team is unable to resolve. This includes:

- Software that is confirmed defective or non-functional on a supported system.

3. Eligible Refund Situations
- Non-delivery: You did not receive your license key or download link within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
